Warranty
The builder is the warrantor of their homes and ProHome manages, documents and tracks all aspects of the customer interaction once settlement has occurred. Our system consists of performing a detailed new home orientation, 30 day and 11 month warranty walks, 24/7 emergency management, and tracking and scheduling warranty repairs with homeowners and the builder contractors while documenting every aspect in-between.
ProHome does not take over or replace the builder’s responsibility or change the contractors for the warranty for the service appointments.
